Are you guys on diet?
I am 26 and i am 40kg-42kg and it is not exceed that line.
I am actually not on diet mode because i want to increase my KG.
but for me it is still difficult.
Even i ate so much but my weight still on that rank.
But than some of my friends they got an extra body weight and they keep exercising
so that they will decrease 2 to 5kg per month.
Those who really wants to get an ideal body weight, do not worry.
Some tips for you.
1) Add protein to your diet
2) Eat whole. single-ingredient foods.
3) Avoid processed Foods
4) Drink water
5) Stock up on healthy foods and snacks
6) Limit your intake of added sugar
7) Avoid liquid calories
8) Eat more fruits and vegetables.
9) Count calories once a while
